The great news is… I started a Youtube Channel! While this post is not about that. I just wanted to let you all know what I’ve been up to! I’m sooooo nervous & also excited! More importantly, I am working on a lot of areas of my confidence and how I feel about myself overall.

I do want to share my go-to lunch smoothie I’ve been enjoying pretty much on a daily basis. I find it quite difficult to get in all of my fruits & veggie servings so I have a green smoothie to help feel a lot healthier. In conclusion, the fun thing is the recipe doesn’t have to be exact, I usually add what I have on hand. Add & modify until you get something you like!
Milove’s Green Smoothie:
1/2 cup Spinach
1/2 cup Kale
1/2 cup frozen (Thawed) Pineapple Chunks
1/2 cup frozen (Thawed) Mango Chunks
1/2 banana
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (any flavor you’d like)
1 cup water/unsweetened almond milk
Add ice as needed. I don’t usually sweeten but you can if you need to!
