Hey Family! What’s for breakfast, lunch, or dinner? Meal planning and prepping are always a challenge when your kitchen is not properly stocked. Finding inspiration for these meals can be a challenge too.

I’ve had a smart tv since I believe they came out & just until recently I’ve discovered LIVE TV, for FREE on Roku Devices! Random as hell, I know but I can’t begin to tell you how helpful this has been. From leaving our puppy home alone for a few hours with reliable background noise to finding random cooking shows that are quite entertaining and helpful for meal planning.

In particular, the show Struggle Meals, on Tastemade has stood out! You can also find this show on Hulu. This show is pretty awesome especially for beginner cooks, or just to find easy meals with items you’d probably already have in your pantry!

That brings me to my topic! Pantry staples that will win any meal creation! This list is compiled from items I carry faithfully myself and some ideas from across the net.

I also have a printable FREEBIE to help make sure your pantry is always fully stocked, let’s go!

Now, do you need to buy all the things that I choose to keep in my home?

No, definitely not. But my suggestion is to read through the list, print it out, and buy what is good for you and your family.

Do you have to buy it all at once and break the budget?

No, definitely not. Build your supply slowly. Since these are just part of the ingredients, you don’t use them up in one recipe, so most things are going to be bought infrequently.

So print it out and build your pantry supply and go as slowly as you want.

Don’t forget to add things back to your shopping list before you run out.

Print out your FREE COPY of THE PANTRY STAPLES CHECKLIST. I’ve also included a DAILY PLANNER SHEET with Shopping List included for you to fill out in the future.
